Brazil’s construction cost index increased at a slower-than-expected rate in November, survey figures from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, FGV showed Monday.

The National Construction Cost Index climbed 0.28 percent month-over-month in November, faster than the 0.19 percent rise in October.

That was below the 0.35 percent increase economists had expected.

The material, equipment and services index registered a variation of 0.61 percent, while the labor force index showed no variations.
