Hi – May be I have asked this question on this sub in the past, but can the investors (pure investors – not devs, and not doomday hedgers) here describe their process to determine the price of this “asset class”.
Given the complete lack of
- “fundamental value”
- lack of history (a la gold)
- relatively poor price-volume data
- evolving regulatory and commercial acceptance
what do you rely upon to determine what is the right time to buy (or buy more). As an example – given where BTC is right now – what do you think is a fair price today, what is a steal price?
This is obviously assuming that you are long on the thesis, first and foremost. If you have thought about it a lot and given up, would be good to understand your reasons.
While all are welcome to comment, I would especially love to hear from those with more than 10 BTC or professional investors in their day jobs to opine.
Thanks much!
