- Lawsuit by unsatisfied victims is inevitable.
2.1. If bitfinex goes to operate, legally they will be sentenced to make those who sue whole. And then more lawsuit will follow.
2.2 If bitfinex goes bust, then your deposit will be distributed by bankrupt court.
That’s a “game theory”.
Bitfinex is too big so that some victims will bear the cost of lawsuit to sue them.
