American stock finished yesterday deep in a red numbers. Nasdaq Composite fell yesterday by -3.10%, DJI Index by -1.62% and S&P500 by 2.13%. Such a strong decrease makes investors nervous speculation about another period of recession in a stock market. Mark Faber (Swiss investor) said that “I think it’s very likely that we’re seeing, in the next 12 months, an ’87-type of crash.”
The negative mood spilled over to Asian market were Nikkei 225 finished this week -2.38% lower and Australian ASX -0.99%. We saw that data which came out from China (CPI) was worse-than-expected which supported the bearish sentiment on the market. Also the increasing situation in Ukraine is taking the wind out of stock market due to the fact that investors in those time putting their money to safe-haven assests.
European session just follows previous words. DAX in time of writing -1.82% down, FTSE 100 -1.24%. and CAC -1.45%.
