Today’s Hot Asset – Disney
Stocks in Europe are currently trading lower today. Investors within the region are feeling slightly pessimistic today, as they consider the future of China’s economy. Even positive German consumer climate data being released was not enough to bring optimism back to the market. So far stocks in the U.K. and Germany are leading the region in the downwards direction.
U.S. stocks look set to open the day trading slightly higher. There has been a lot of negative data released by the U.S. over the last few days and this is making stocks much more appealing to investors, as the U.S. dollar weakens. During today’s session we will see the release of numerous pieces of economic data and the consensus at the moment is it may carry on in the same direction. This will create some great trading opportunities for binary options investors as the session progresses.
Stocks in Asia traded mixed to lower during today’s early trading session. Investors within the region were in deliberation regarding China’s economic state. This created the turbulent atmosphere as the session advanced. Stocks in Hong Kong were the most successful today as their regional index finished 0.75% up.
Today’s hot asset is, Disney. Disney announced yesterday they will be increasing the admission price for their magic kingdom amusement park in Orlando for the second time in eight months. It will be very interesting to see how investors react to this news when the U.S. session starts today.
