Today’s Hot Asset – Google
Stocks in Europe are currently trading lower, as there first session of the week draws to a close. Trading has remained light throughout today’s session allowing stocks to tumble downwards after the gains that followed the NFP figure on Friday. There was a little economic data released in China earlier today but that didn’t do much to aid stock values.
Stocks in Asia fell sharply during the early trading session today. Investors within the region are getting extremely concerned about the current state of China’s economy. This is deterring investors away from riskier assets and pushing equities prices lower.
Stocks in the U.S. have followed the two other major stock regions by opening the day trading lower. Stocks in the U.S. look set to replicate the losses in Europe and Asia today, as trading is destined to remain thin, with no regional economic data to be released. This is great for binary options traders and should create numerous put options as the session continues.
Today’s hot asset is, Google. The tech giant could be in trouble in India. It is rumored Google has been violating competition norms in India. A review into this case has been ongoing for two years and it seems to be drawing to a conclusion. If found guilty Google could be fined as much as $5 billion. This will put this asset directly in the investor spotlight making it very interesting viewing.
