Today’s Hot Asset – Goldman Sachs
Stocks in Asia traded mixed during the final session of the week. Trading volume remained low throughout the session due to the holidays. This meant the majority of markets were closed today.
Stocks in Europe ended the day up but trading slightly lower towards the end of the session. This late downwards movement was created following Janet Yellens monetary policy statement. All markets in Europe will be closed today for the Easter holidays.
Stocks in the U.S. closed yesterday trading mixed to higher. Investor’s spirits were buoyed following the release of positive earnings figures during the session. However, the current situation in Ukraine stopped the gains form extending. Markets in the U.S. will be closed for the Easter holidays.
Today’s hot asset is, Goldman Sachs. The financial giant released their quarterly earnings figure during the session yesterday. The stock will not be available to trade today as the markets are closed due to the holidays. However, investors will still react to this news when the markets re-open on Monday.
