European markets have opened in the red today, following disappointing GDP data from the Eurozone’s two largest economies, Germany and France.
Closer home, data from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors indicated that house prices in the UK dropped in July. With no domestic economic releases later today, traders look forward to Eurozone GDP and consumer price inflation data along with the European Central Bank’s monthly report for further direction.
