April 7, 2014 – Stock Market News
Today’s Hot Assets – Facebook & Netflix
Stocks in the U.S. have opened trading slightly lower. Stocks look set to suffer today as a result of negative data released on Friday. Investors are also skirting around the market at the moment, as they await the start of the first quarter earnings figures. This will create lots of volatility within equities which is great for binary options traders.
Stocks in Europe are continuing to trade lower during today’s session. Investors in Europe are in a pessimistic mood today following data released in the U.S. on Friday. This along with upcoming company earnings figures is weighing on market sentiment and causing the slump in values.
Stocks in Asia did slide slightly during a slow session to start the week. Markets in China were shut due to a national holiday and investors in Japan were timid, as they await the outcome of the latest Bank of Japan policy meeting which commenced today.
Today’s hot assets are, Facebook and Netflix. Netfilx and Facebook both saw their respective share prices slump last week and many investors will have noticed that as well. That should make both these assets particularly active this week, as they tempt investors. Keep an eye on both these assets for trading opportunities as the week progresses.
