Key currency pairs traded slightly changed on Monday in Asia, with the US dollar settling a little higher than its level late last week. The ICE dollar index, which monitors the US unit against six other currencies, advanced 81.283 from 81.247 late Friday.

Also, the WSJ Dollar Index went up 74.46 from 74.44. The euro was a bit changed at $1.3491, as compared to $1.3489 on Friday. The British pound went lower to $1.6424 from $1.6443. The Japanese yen listed flat after losing hold of many short gains, with the dollar changing hands at ¥102.08 against ¥102.04 last week.

The Australian dollar has a fractional loss after a bunch of weak information, set to 87.44 US cents from 87.49 US cents.
