Transocean plans to delist from SIX Swiss Exchange

Offshore drilling specialist Transocean Ltd is planning to delist from the SIX Swiss Exchange in the first quarter of 2016.
In a statement, the company added, “The company will remain incorporated in Switzerland and its shares will continue to be listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)”.
