The Japanese yen on Friday was little changed as the leading economic indicators index data for January declined.
The said index dropped slightly to 105.2 in January from 105.3 in December. The coincident index rose to 113.0 in January from 110.6 in December.
The currency was at ¥132.31 per euro, ¥120.00 per US dollar, ¥182.99 per British pound, and ¥123.32 per Swiss franc.
