A Reuters-seen letter from German Deputy Finance Minister Jens Spahn showed that the government will endorse the release of the next tranche of aid to Greece by the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) rescue fund.

On Wednesday, the budget committee will talk about the release of 10.3 billion euros ($11.7 billion) in credit.
