France to breach EU deficit goal as security spending rises –Valls

France is set to breach its EU budget deficit target as its security spending rose in the wake of Paris attacks, Prime Minister Manuel Valls said.
Valls told France Inter radio that the deficit target will “necessarily be exceeded” as the country amends budget plans to hire 10,000 more police and gendarmes.
