The euro was little changed Tuesday after the German economy showed continuous growth in the second quarter.
Destatis reported Germany’s gross domestic product climbed 0.4% from 0.3% in the previous quarter.
Against the US dollar, the British pound, and the Japanese yen, the common currency ended at $1.1560, £0.7333, and ¥137.75, respectively.
Meanwhile, Ifo reported the Business Climate Index climbed to 108.3 this month from 108.0 in July.
