BoE: “Brexit” uncertainty may hit growth
• The BoE remained on hold, but noted some effects of the uncertainty surrounding the “Brexit” referendum.
• This uncertainty could depress economic growth and may be the driver behind GBP’s recent depreciation.
• However, GBP strengthened as the officials did not mention a possible rate cut.

BoJ debated expanding QQE in January
• BoJ January minutes showed that officials debated expanding the QQE program.
• This adds to expectations that if they ease further, rates and QQE may be used.

Today:
• Germany: PPI for Feb.
• Norway: Unemployment rate for Mar.
• Canada: CPI for Feb. is exp. to have slowed. This could prove CAD-negative. Also, retail sales for Jan.
• US: Prel. U of M consumer sentiment for Mar. is exp. to increase a bit.
• Speakers: NY Fed President William Dudley, Boston Fed President Eric Rosengren and St. Louis Fed President James Bullard.
