Spreads were slightly bumpy yesterday at 11 PM GMT, but 1.5 pips is the line that shouldn’t have been crossed. Next up is the Cable, which has long term average and maximum spreads of point 88 and 3.7 pips respectively. Pound/Dollar broke through the 1 30 level as it gained almost 1% or 122 pips. Both of the sides stayed separated for a number of ticks yesterday at 11 PM GMT, but 3.7 pips is the most you should have been charged. And last up is the Dollar/Yen, which has a daily average spread of point 3 pips. Max separation has been a single pip. The pair appreciated by a total of point 33% or 37 pips, but a following correction wiped out most of the gains.
