European markets have opened mostly unchanged today, as investors look ahead to the European Central Bank’s interest rate decision later today. Meanwhile, the IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde has asked the ECB to ease monetary policy further to combat cooling inflation. Closer home, investors await economic data which is expected to show that the nation’s services PMI declined to 58.1 in March from 58.2 in the previous month.
