European markets have opened higher today, helped by a rally in the Asian markets as investors grew more optimistic about a likelihood that the Fed monetary measures would be persisted with, ahead of the Federal Reserve’s two-day policy meeting due tomorrow. Closer home, investors await the release of CBI’s distributive trades’ survey data, due later in the day.
