European markets have opened in the green today, as tensions over the Ukraine crisis eased after Russia announced an end to its military drills on the Ukrainian border. Closer home, market participants await the CB leading economic index, Lloyds employment confidence and BRC retail sales monitor data, slated for release later today. Amid a light global economic calendar today, traders look forward to Eurozone consumer price inflation, GDP, industrial production data along with US retail sales and industrial production figures due for release later this week.
