The high importance Bank of England treasury select committee hearing on the November inflation report then follows at 10 AM. The central bank’s Governor Mark Carney will be among the witnesses. The UK CBI Industrial Orders data for November will be available at 11 AM. Industrial order expectations survey balance moved further into the red in October as it dropped to minus 6. US Housing Starts and Building Permits for October are out at 1:30 PM GMT. Building permits slipped by less than 1% in September, while Housing Starts dropped by more than 5%. Australian Westpac-MI Leading Index for October follows at 11:30 PM. The index declined by less than one tenth of a percent in September after rising just slightly in both July and August. Japanese All Industry Index for September wraps up this agenda at 4:30 in the morning. The index rebounded in August by a half a percent after slipping by point 2% in July.
