Markets Shrug Off Worries

Morning Report: 09.00 London

• This morning, were seeing a carbon copy of recent market moves – low volatility, stock markets rising and the dollar dominating.                                                                                                             

                               
                                                                                                                                                                     
                               

• Tension in Iraq and Ukraine appears to have eased enough for markets to feel bullish again, while the dollar index is controlling the main flows of currency pairs.

• The morning’s biggest mover is the NZD/USD, down 0.48%.

• Elsewhere, the pound is reversing some of yesterday’s gains.
       
                               

• The euro is also falling back as the dollar advances.

                               

•  Commodities are nudging higher, but the trend still remains lower for silver.

                                                            
                                           
Coming up today:

• Coming up today, we have UK CPI at 09.30 released alongside the latest PPI and RPI figures.

• From 13.30, we switch to the US with building permits and CPI.


Trade Idea:

• The EUR/USD is still struggling and we could see further downside from here.

A LOWER trade predicting that the EUR/USD will close below 1.3325 in 7 days time could return 150%.
