Traders saw some chances during the early hours, but the following rise has brought risks as well. Pound/Dollar was back near the opening level at noon after walking in a total range of 49 pips. The Cable has attracted less than half of the monthly average funds and the sentiment is bullish, 22% long. Traders have seen both chances and risks, but moves in funds should be limited by the slow trading. Dollar/Yen had a bullish run during the early hours, but a change in trend has wiped out all of the gains. Turnover is 25% short of the pair’s typical and the sentiment is neutral, just 8% long. Early hours should be successful for bulls, but the change in trend was good news for bears. Pound/Yen has seen its trend shift during the morning session and the rate was back near the opening level at midday. Traded volume is 37% down from the pair’s standard and the sentiment is neutral, 8% long. Both trends have lasted for hours, providing bulls and bears with their opportunities. Euro/Yen rose by 54 pips, but it was only point 19% in the green at 12 o`clock as it declined from the high of 139 14. This pair sees 34% less than average funds and the sentiment is bearish, 18% short. Traders saw some chances after 7 o`clock, but moves in funds should be limited by the calm trading.
