Past 24 hours have been busy with economic publications, but spreads have stayed relatively calm, peaking at only 1.3 pips yesterday at 5:14 PM. Next up is the Cable, which has a daily average of slightly more than 1 pip. Peak separation has been 2.6 pips. Pound/Dollar took a slide, dropping by more than 1% or 158 pips as the pair headed towards the 1 30 level. Spreads were slightly bumpy yesterday at 3:22 PM GMT, but you shouldn’t have seen a separation bigger than 2.6 pips. And last up is the Dollar/Yen, which has long term average and maximum spreads of point 43 and 1.1 pips respectively. Daily high and low difference is 68 pips and it was posted yesterday as the pair gained point 62% to rise above the 110 level.
