Traded volume is extremely low and the sentiment is neutral, 9% long. Both the slow trading and low volatility suggest no major changes in funds are likely. Pound/Dollar has declined by a total of 48 pips, but a following rise has cancelled out all of the loss. The Cable has attracted less than half of the monthly average funds and the sentiment is bearish, 16% short. Traders saw their chances during the early downtrend, but moves in funds should be limited by the slow trading. Dollar/Yen moved sharply North and a gain of point 43% was recorded at 12 o`clock. Turnover is only 9% down from the pair’s typical and the sentiment is neutral, 11% short. Steep rise suggests a successful morning session is more likely for bulls. Pound/Yen rose from the early low of 177 15 and the pair stood point 28% in the green at midday. Trading has been passive, volume is extremely low and the sentiment is bearish, 26% short. The rate has been moving up, bringing risks for investors, but losses should be limited by the slow trading. Most of the gain was recorded shortly after midnight for the Euro/Yen and it was point 25% up from the opening level after 12 hours of trading. Turnover is 48% down from the monthly average and the neutral sentiment is just 4% long. Profits are more likely for bulls, but moves in funds shouldn’t be major as trading has been slow.
