Euro/Dollar’s daily average spread is point 36 pips and maximum separation has been 2.9 pips. The pair has gained a total of point 57% or 70 pips to rise above the 1 24 level. Spreads have been mostly calm and the max of 2.9 pips was posted today at 12:55 in the morning as the pair rose. The Cable’s long term average is point 98 pips and peak of 2 and a half pips was posted during the past 4 hours. Pound/Dollar has had a bullish run as well, the pair has appreciated by point 67% or 94 pips. Spreads were slightly bumpy today minutes before 8 AM, but 2.5 pips is the line that shouldn’t have been crossed. And last up is the Dollar/Yen, which has long term average and maximum spreads of point 38 and point 8 pips respectively. This has been on a rise as well and it has appreciated by a total of point 51% or 53 pips. Spreads have been narrow so far this week, peaking at only point 8 pips yesterday at 11:33 PM GMT.
