First up at 6 AM is the German GfK Consumer Confidence for October. German consumer confidence has been falling for the past two months amidst increased geopolitical troubles and declining income expectations. The closely watched UK Preliminary third quarter GDP follows at 8:30. British economy expanded slightly more than expected in the second quarter, following a solid point 8% quarterly gain the previous stanza. UK Index of Services for August is out at the same time. The previous release covered the three months up to July and showed the service sector expanding in line with expectations. And US New Home Sales for September conclude the schedule at 2 PM GMT.
