The publication of Flash French Manufacturing and Services PMIs for June open this agenda at 7 o’clock in the morning. German stats for Services and Manufacturing measures will be available a half an hour later and the whole bloc’s figures are then out at 8 o’clock in the morning. Both Manufacturing and Services sectors remain within the 50 plus growth territory, but the indexes have been heading towards the 50 level recently. The second quarter Bank of England quarterly bulletin will be published at 11 AM. These reports explore topics on monetary and financial stability, include commentary on market developments and UK monetary policy operations. A couple of high importance reports regarding Canadian economy are out next at a half past noon GMT, including Consumer Price Index for May. The overall annual inflation slowed down by one tenth of a percent to 2.2% in April. Seven of eight major components increased and the only exception was education and reading index. Retail sales for April is the other item out at this time. Sales increased for the third consecutive month in March, rising by point 6% to 50.2 billion Canadian Dollars. Higher sales at motor vehicle and parts dealers more than offset lower sales at food and beverage stores and gasoline stations. Flash Markit Economics US PMIs for June wrap up this relatively light calendar at a quarter to two PM GMT.
