German stats will be released a half an hour later and the whole bloc’s figures are set for publication at 9 AM. Both Services and Manufacturing sectors remain in the expansion territory as PMIs stand well above the 50 level. UK employment report for January will be released at 9:30 in the morning and it’s a known Sterling mover. Claimant count increased more than expected in the final month of last year, but unemployment rate stood steady at 4.3%, which is the lowest level since 1975. Then there’s another high importance event for Sterling traders as Bank of England Governor Mark Carney will give evidence to Treasury committee at a quarter past 2 PM.
