A couple of potential Loonie Dollar shakers are released on this Friday, so let’s take a look with the Dukascopy Economic Calendar.
German Producer Price Index for June is out first at 6 o’clock in the morning. Prices were up by a half a percent in May, matching April’s increase.
Euro Zone Current Account for May is up next at 8 AM. Surplus narrowed down sharply in April, moving South of the 30 billion Euro level for the first time in four months.
UK Public Sector Finances for June follow a half an hour later. Net borrowing declined more than expected in May as it dropped from April’s level of 5.3 billion Pounds.
A couple of high importance reports regarding Canadian economy wrap up this agenda at a half past noon GMT, including June inflation stats. Overall inflation stood at 2.2% on a year-over-year basis in May, matching April’s increase.
Retail Sales publication for May is the other and the final item on this calendar. Following three consecutive monthly increases, retail sales declined by 1.2% to 49 and a half billion Canadian Dollars in April.
I’m Kiays Khalil and that’s all for this week’s final Economic Calendar.
