Daily high and low difference of 54 pips was posted as the rate declined by point 43%. Spreads peaked today at 6:55 in the morning, shortly before Mario Draghi’s speech, but you shouldn’t have been charged more than 2.2 pips. Moving on to the Cable, long term average is slightly above 1 pip, but both the short and mid term averages are lower. Peak of 5.7 pips was recorded today. Pound/Dollar has declined by a total of point 59% or 94 pips, but it rose from the low of 1 5877. UK Labor report was out today at 8:30 in the morning, sending the spreads up, so let’s see what happened. Both of the sides stayed separated for a while, but you shouldn’t have been charged more than 5.7 pips. And last up for this report is Dollar/Yen, which has long term average and maximum spreads of point 29 and 4.1 pips respectively. Greenback has been moving up against the Yen and it has appreciated by point 78% or 83 pips. Spreads peaked yesterday at 11:34 PM during a rise, but the max of 4.1 pips lasted only a single tick.
