This could be an awkward event as Latvian Governor Ilmars Rimsevics will not sit next to Mario Draghi due to his corruption allegations. It’s busy with North American publications at a half past noon GMT, including the high importance Advance US Retail Sales for May. Overall sales grew slower than expected in April at a monthly rate of point 3%. US Jobless Claims will be available at the same time. Initial claims declined by 1 thousand to a seasonally adjusted level of 222 thousand during the week that ended June the 2nd. US Import Prices for May are also out at 12:30. Import prices rose by point 3% in April, wiping out March’s decline of point 2%. Canadian new housing price index for April wraps up the 12:30 data run. Prices were unchanged in March, reflecting mixed results across the country. US Business Inventories for April are up next at 2 PM. Inventories were unchanged in March after rising for four months in a row. New Zealand Manufacturing PMI for May wraps up this agenda at 10:30 PM.
