I’m Alex Iszatt and here’s a closer look at the most important economic news releases scheduled for Monday, the 15th of September. Monday is a bank holiday in Japan, as the Respect for the Aged Day is observed. The first item on the schedule comes at quarter past seven AM, when the Swiss Producer Price Index for August is released. Producer prices have stood unchanged for the past two months. Euro Zone Trade Balance for July follows at 9. Trade surplus narrowed in June as exports went down and imports increased. Coming up next at 12:30 PM GMT is the Empire State Manufacturing Survey for September. The Index disappointed in August as it dropped from the four-year high of 25.6 it reached a month ago. Canadian Existing Home Sales for August are due at 1 o’clock. Home sales have been growing for the past six months and now stand at their highest level in more than 4 years. US Industrial Production for August will be available at 1:15. Industrial output saw its second consecutive monthly increase in July, and manufacturing production saw an especially strong growth. And the last item on the schedule comes at 11:01 in the evening, when the Bank of England will publish its quarterly bulletin.
