Rate movement has been relatively slow, daily high and low difference of just 35 pips was posted as the pair rose by point 28%. Spreads have been mostly calm, peak of just point 9 pips was posted today shortly after 8 AM. The Cable’s daily average spread is slightly above 1 pip and maximum separation has been 1.7 pips. Pound/Dollar has moved gradually up, gaining point 29% or 40 pips. Start of the week has been calm in terms of spreads here as well, 1.7 pips is the biggest gap you should have seen. And last up is the Dollar/Yen, which has long term average and maximum spreads of point 4 and point 8 pips respectively. Daily high and low difference is 63 pips and it was posted as the pair declined by point 59%. No major separations have been recorded, point 8 pips is the most you should have been charged.
