Sterling/Canada has been moving south throughout the day and it shows the day’s biggest move, which is a decline of point 8%. Swiss Franc tops the advancers and decliners table, trading almost level with the UK Sterling, which gained ground as a poll by Survation for the Daily Record paper put the No vote lead at six percent when undecided voters were excluded. Single currency is only a fraction South of both the Swissie and Sterling. Japanese Yen declined as the Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda told Prime Minister Shinzo Abe that central bank will not hesitate to act if it risks missing inflation target. Greenback has given up some gains as the jobless claims showed a disappointing rise. Commodity currency trio is at the bottom of the advancers and decliners table. Kiwi Dollar declined overnight as the Reserve Bank of New Zealand left monetary policy unchanged, saying level of the Kiwi Dollar is unjustified and unsustainable. Australian Dollar is mostly lower, despite a positive domestic jobs report, which showed Australia added 121 thousand jobs in August. Wrapping up the list is the Loonie Dollar, which moved South on sliding crude oil. Moving on to longer terms, Euro/Australia is by far the most bullish pair on the weekly chart and it’s 2.69% in the green. Australia/Dollar has declined the most and it stands 2.87% in the red. Dollar/Yen leads the monthly advancers table and it’s 4.65% in the positive territory. The Cable tops the bearish chart, standing 3.51% in the red. That`s it for Thursday`s Movers and Shakers.
