The final estimates of September Service PMIs from several Euro Zone countries will be available first thing in the morning. The French Index will be available at 7:50 AM, and the German version is released 5 minutes later. The Euro Zone index follows at 8. The preliminary estimate shows a decline in Euro Zone data as a rise in the German index was not enough to offset a slip in the French service sector. UK Services PMI for September is out at half past eight. In stark contrast to the Euro zone performance, the August index came in stronger than expected and now stands at its highest level since late 2013. Euro Zone Retail Sales for August follow at 9 o’clock. Sales slipped in July as both food and non-food sectors went down. Coming up next at 12:30 PM GMT are two news releases regarding the US economy, and the closely watched Employment Report for September is one of them. Non-farm payrolls grew less than expected in August, but unemployment still inched down from 6.2% a month ago. Trade Balance for August is out at the same time. Trade deficit narrowed in July as exports outpaced the imports. The Canadian Trade Balance for August will be available at this time as well. Trade surplus surged in July to its highest level in more than two years as exports saw a strong growth and imports inched lower. And the last item on this schedule comes at 2 o’clock, when the high importance US ISM Non-Manufacturing for September is released. The Index surprised on the upside in August, reflecting growth across most non-manufacturing industries.
